amending Decree No 20 / 1954 Coll. on the organisation of the State Mining Administration
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
The provisions of Sections 1 and 6 of the Government Decree No 20 / 1954 Coll., on the organisation of the State Mining Administration, are amended and read as follows:
(1) The State Mining Administration shall:
1. Central Mining Office in Prague,
2. Circumstantial Mining Offices in Prague, Kladno, Stoda, Lokti, Teplice, Pardubice, Brno, Ostrava, Bratislava, Banská Bystrica, Košice and Spišské Nové Vsi.
(2) A subsidiary of the District Mining Office in Banská Bystrica, based in Prievidz, is hereby established the District Mining Office in Prievidz.
Establish and abolish the district mining authorities belong to the government, which also provides for more detailed arrangements for the State Mining Administration. '
This legal measure shall take effect from the date of its publication.
