Order of the Minister of Justice
of 24 August 1950
issuing certain more detailed rules on the company register.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 (a), (b) and (c) of Act No. 100 / 1950 Coll., on the Company Register:
The register has special sections for state enterprises, national enterprises, municipal enterprises, single agricultural cooperatives, folk money institutions, folk housing cooperatives, other folk cooperatives and public limited companies.
The company register shall also be entered:
1. "The Centre for the Management of Agricultural Products, the Registered Fellowship with the Guarantee Obmezení" with its registered office in Prague and the "Družstvo pre hospodárenie s poľnohodárskymi produkami, Cooperative with the Guarantee Obmedzení" with its registered office in Bratislava;
2. "Velkodziboční podniční podnik, enlisted fellowship with the guarantee limited" located in Prague and "Veľkodzibočný podnik, cooperative s o. r." located in Bratislava.
The President of the Registry shall refuse access to, and confirmation of, the register files or the issuing of copies, if the public interest so requires, in particular economic or state secrets.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
