amending Act No 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended, and Act No 592 / 1992 Coll., on General Health Insurance Insurance, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Public Health Insurance Act

1. At the end of Paragraph 10 (1), the sentence "When carrying out the reporting obligation, the employer shall communicate the name, surname, permanent residence and birth number of the employee or any other number of the insured person."
2. At the end of Paragraph 15 (6), the sentence "The administrative rules 47 shall apply to the decision not to register a medicinal product or food for special medical purposes."
3. In the third sentence of Article 15 (7), the words "no registration 'are replaced by the words" a decision not to register a medicinal product or a food for special medical purposes in the list referred to in paragraph 6'.
4. Paragraph 17 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) Health care institutions and other bodies providing paid care shall indicate the number of insured persons to whom they provided the paid care in the accounts of the health insurance companies. ';
5. In Paragraph 40 (3), the following sentence is added at the end of the paragraph: "The insured person's card or replacement document shall contain the name, surname, or title, validity and number of the insured person, which shall be the birth number for the citizens of the Czech Republic. Health insurance companies shall keep in the information systems data on their insured persons needed to carry out public health insurance under the number of the insured person. ';
6. In Paragraph 40, paragraphs 4 and 5 are added:
"(4) The insured person's card or replacement document may contain similar data in electronic form in addition to the information identifying the insured person. A health insurance undertaking shall be entitled to cover the costs of its acquisition for the issue of a replacement document enabling it to bear data in electronic form. Other information on the insured person may also be stored on the insured person's card or on the replacement document, if the law so provides. Additional information may be stored on the insured person's card or replacement document if agreed upon by the insured person with the relevant health insurance undertaking.
(5) Health insurance companies shall keep a list of contractual health establishments and performance carriers, including the natural number of the performance carrier. To this end, health care establishments shall communicate to the relevant health insurance companies data to the extent and within the deadlines set out in paragraphs 3 and 4 of Section 41. ';
7. The following Section 53c is inserted after Section 53b:
In carrying out the obligations arising from this Act and the Special Act (17), compulsory bodies shall be entitled to indicate the birth numbers of persons or, where appropriate, another number of insured persons. '
8. In Annex 3, LIST OF HEALTH TECHNICAL INSTRUMENTS IN SECTION C, the list of medical devices covered by public health insurance in the provision of outpatient care point Číslo. 128:

Transitional provision
Applications for entry in the list of medicinal products and food for special medical purposes covered by health insurance submitted to the Ministry of Health before the date of entry into force of this Act and the Ministry of Health until the entry into force of this Act undecided shall be assessed in accordance with this Act.
Amendment to the General Health Insurance Insurance Act

1. In Article 3, the following paragraph 7 is inserted after paragraph 6, including footnotes 11a to 11c:
"(7) If an employer employed by more than 50% of persons with a disability (11a) of the total average number of persons employed is 11b) a person who has been awarded an invalidity or partial invalidity pension (11c), the assessment basis for this is an amount exceeding the amount which is the assessment basis for the person for whom the insurance State is the payer.

Paragraphs 7 to 13 shall become paragraphs 8 to 14.
2. In Article 3 (9) (c), "paragraph 7 'is replaced by" paragraph 8';
3. in Article 3a (3) (a), "Article 3 (7)" is replaced by "Article 3 (8)";
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
