Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, by a verbal note dated 22 December 1992, addressed to the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, stated, on the basis of negotiations with the Federal Republic of Germany, that the international agreements listed in the attached list had expired by the unification of Germany on 3 October 1990.
At the same time, by a verbal note of 22 December 1992, the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic notified the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany of its agreement to extend the territorial effectiveness of the Treaties in force on 3 October 1990 between the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany in the territory of the former German Democratic Republic.
The Czech version of the list shall be published simultaneously. The Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany can be consulted at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
