DECLARATION
Ministry of Justice
of 4 December 1967
on what is considered to be contagious diseases of domestic or other economically important animals under criminal law
The Ministry of Justice provides according to § 195 of Criminal Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll.:
For the purposes of Section 191 of the Criminal Act, contagious diseases of domestic or other economically important animals shall be regarded as:
1. Aujeszky's disease
2. African swine fever
3. Brucelosis
4. Pigs' July
5. Furunkolosis of salmon fish
6. Horseworm disease
7. Cholera of poultry
8. Pig influenza
9. Infectious gastroenteritis of pigs
10. Infectious bovine leukosis
11. Blood parasitosis of cattle
12. Leptospirosis
13. Pestilence of poultry
14. Plague of horses
15. Bovine Plague
16. Pestilence of pigs
17. The plague and rot of the bee fruit
18. Tolerance of bovine and ovine animals
19. Myxomatosis
20. Infectious equine anaemia
21. Infectious polio of pigs
22. Infectious streptococcal inflammation of the udder
23. Infectious Aquidity of Fish
24. Infectious liver inflammation of ducks
25. Infectious disease of poultry respiratory organs
26. Poultry pox
27. Sheep pox
28. Lysenic herpes

Regulation No 54 / 1955 of the Minister of Justice Coll. on what is considered, under the criminal law, to be intoxicating means, poisons, contagious diseases and pests of productive plants, as amended, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 1968.
