Decret of the President of the Republic
of 18 October 1945
on the abolition of German technical universities in Prague and Brno.
On the proposal of the Government,
German Technical Schools in Prague and Brno are repealed.
Scientific institutes and their facilities, as well as all property of German technical universities in Prague and Brno, belong to Czech technical universities in Prague and Brno.
This Decree shall take effect on 17 November 1939; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Education and Education.
