DECLARATION
of 11 May 2022
laying down the activities which may be carried out by a doctor without professional supervision after obtaining a certificate of completion of a radiological baseline
According to § 37 (1) (k) for the implementation of § 4 (4) (a) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the pursuit of the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll.:
After obtaining a certificate of completion of the basic radiological strain without professional supervision, the doctor may:
(a) indicate and interpret basic imaging methods and laboratory tests;
(b) indicate medicinal products and medical devices except radiopharmaceuticals and cytostatics;
c) conduct skiagical examinations and diagnostic skiascopic examinations,
1. X-ray examination of the fingers and metacarpals of the hand or leg, targeted images and clear images of the skull, neck and neck spine, thoracic and lumbar spine, sacrum and sacral joints, pelvis and hip, shoulder joint, bones and joints of the limbs, ribs and sternum, chest, intrathoracic organs,
2. X-ray of the entire spine by one exposure,
3. X-ray examination of the joint held images,
4. X-ray examination of the limbs by soft imaging techniques;
5. examination of the lower limbs whole with one X-ray,
6. X-ray examination of the abdomen, esophagus, stomach and duodenum, hypotonic duodenography,
7. passage of digestive tubes, enteroclysis, X-ray of the colon,
8. intravenous cholangiography, cholecystography, peroperative cholangiography or t-drain cholangiography, injection of a drainage catheter,
9. Excretion urography, one-sided retrograde pyelography, one-sided antegrad pyelography,
10. cystography, cyst retrography, retrograde uretrography,
11. arthrography, tenography, bursography,
12. fistulography,
13th skiascopier,
(d) perform ultrasound examinations,
1. ultrasound examination of breast including nodules,
2. ultrasound examination of the upper abdomen,
3. ultrasound examination of the lower abdomen,
4. ultrasound duplex examination of only one blood vessel (morphological and doppler examination),
5. ultrasound duplex examination of two or more blood vessels (morphological and doppler examination),
6. ultrasound examination of the musculo-skeletal system, soft tissues, including thyroid, salivary glands and lymph nodes,
7th dynamic cavernosography.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2022.
