DECLARATION
of 14 May 2015
on the method of external marking, service uniforms and special colour rendering and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on proving responsibility for the Police of the Czech Republic (on police marking)
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 4 and § 108 paragraph 4 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic:
SPECIES AND SAMPLES OF SERVICE STAINERS
Types and parts of service uniforms
(1) The service uniforms of the Police of the Czech Republic ("Police") are:
(a) social uniform 92,
(b) service uniform 15,
(c) a working uniform of 92; and
d) uniform musical bodies of Castle guards.
(2) The uniform of police officers (hereinafter referred to as "uniform") includes the accessories of uniforms and the quality marking (1).
(3) The models of the uniforms are shown in Annex 1 to this Decree.
Complements of uniforms
(1) The uniform accessories are uniform buttons, trimmings, lamps, embroidery, hat badges, distinguishing badges and highlighting, identification and decorative accessories.
(2) They may be accompanied by a mark of competence for the department, service, expertise or degree of proceedings.
Rank
(1) On the uniform, the marking shall be placed on the shoulder, sleeve or support for the marking of the relevant components of the uniform. The appropriate marking shall be placed on reflective, protective or tactical devices provided that such devices, when used, cover the marking on the uniform.
(2) The appropriate marking may also be placed on the headgear.

Method of external identification of police
(1) The external designation of the police is:
(a) the sleeve character of the police, which forms a large national emblem of the Czech Republic with the word "POLICIE" in white frame on the dark blue background,
(b) the inscription "POLICE" comprising:
1. black letters on white background,
2. white letters on blue background,
3. grey letters on a dark ground; or
4. silver-lined letters,
(c) a symbol of the police, which forms a circular symbol with an eight-point star whose circumference is the words "THE POLICE OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC,"
(d) the identification number constituting:
1. a plastic design of a police symbol on whose lower edge is a six-digit number; or
2. a grey or silver six-digit number on a dark base,
e) a sign of a protective service, which is circular with a picture of a two-tail lion and with the text "PROTECTION SERVICES OF THE POLICE OF THE CR" along the perimeter,
(f) a designation for the performance of service abroad and in international exercises which takes the form of a national flag of the Czech Republic and the inscription "CZECH REPUBLIC,"
(g) the sleeve tape "POLICIE," which is:
1. white with the black inscription "POLICE," or
2. blue with white inscription "POLICE," or
(h) the "POLICE" board, which is white and consists of the inscription "POLICE" referred to in (b) (1), the horizontal blue stripe above the inscription and the horizontal blue stripe under the inscription; in the lower stripe may be placed a white sign "HELP AND PROTECTION."
(2) The models of the external marking are shown in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Location of the external police designation
(1) The sleeve character of the police is placed on the left sleeve of the appropriate components of the uniform.
(2) The inscription "POLICE" in accordance with Article 4 (1) (b) (4) is placed on the chest or back, or on the other appropriate site of the relevant parts of the social uniform 92 and of the service uniform 15; the inscription is placed on protective or tactical devices, provided that such aids, when used, cover the inscription "POLICE" in uniform.
(3) The inscription "POLICE" in accordance with Article 4 (1) (b) (3) is placed on the chest or back, or on the other appropriate site of the relevant component of the service uniform 92; the inscription is placed on protective or tactical devices, provided that such aids, when used, cover the inscription "POLICE" on the uniform.
(4) Reflective, protective or tactical aids and other materials may be identified by the inscription "POLICE" in accordance with Section 4 (1) (b) (2).
(5) The designation "POLICE" in accordance with Article 4 (1) (b) (1) may indicate vehicles, vessels and aircraft used in the performance of police tasks and other material.
(1) The identification number referred to in § 4 (1) (d) (1) is placed on the left side of the chest of the relevant uniform component. A member of the police ("the police officer ') serving in civil clothing may place the identification number on the clothing component by analogy or hang on the neck.
(2) The identification number referred to in Article 4 (1) (d) (2) is located in the place of the identification number referred to in Article 4 (1) (d) (1) or together with it on the left side of the chest or is placed separately under the police sleeve on the left sleeve of the relevant component of the uniform; This identification number shall be placed on reflective, protective or tactical devices provided that such devices, when used, cover the identification number on the uniform.
(1) The sign of a protective service may be used by a police officer in the performance of his duties in civil clothing. The mark of the protective service is placed on the left side of the chest or collar of the upper clothing component.
(2) The designation for the performance of the service abroad and in international exercises shall be placed above the sleeve of the police on the left sleeve of the relevant components of the uniform; the national flag of the Czech Republic is placed under "CZECH REPUBLIC '.
(3) The "POLICE" sleeve may be used by a policeman in the performance of his duties in civil clothing. The sleeve band "POLICE" is visibly placed on the left or right sleeves of clothing components.
(4) The table "POLICE" refers to objects intended for public relations, located in a visible location outside the building near the entrance intended for public entry. The "POLICE 'board may take the form of a light panel.
METHOD OF PROHIBITION
Proof of belonging to the police by service pass
(1) A police officer shall present a photo card and a six-digit number for inspection by means of a service card when proving his / her competence to the police, without issuing the card. A police officer in civil clothing may also prove his / her competence to the police by placing his / her service card on the left side of his / her chest or by hanging on his / her neck in such a way that the face side of the photo card and the six-digit number is visible.
(2) The model of the service card is shown in Annex 3 to this Order.
Evidence of police affiliation by a police employee's ID
(1) A police staff member shall demonstrate his / her competence to the police by means of a police staff member's document, mutatis mutandis, in accordance with Article 6 (1).
(2) The model of a police employee's licence is shown in Annex 3 to this Order.
Proving police affiliation with a police badge
(1) The police badge consists of a blue metal oval with a silver edge; the badge shows a large national emblem of the Czech Republic in the middle, silver sword with scales and lip branches and the words "CRIMINAL POLICE"; There's a five-digit number at the bottom of the badge. The pattern of the police badge is shown in Annex 3 to this decree.
(2) A police officer shall present a badge to the police for inspection of the face side of the badge with a number without issuing the badge. A police officer in civil clothing may also prove his / her competence to the police by placing a police badge on the left side of the chest or by hanging on his / her neck in such a way that the face side of the badge with a number is visible.
Demonstration of competence of soldiers in active service, members of the Czech Prison Service and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic called for the performance of police tasks
(1) The external designation of a soldier in active service called for the performance of the duties of the police ("soldier"), a member of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and a member of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic called for the performance of the duties of the police ("member") is the sleeve "POLICIE" [§ 4 (1) (g)] visibly placed on the left or right sleeve of the prescribed uniform of the soldier and member.
(2) When proving responsibility for the duties of the police, a soldier and a member shall present the card for inspection on the face side of the card without issuing the card.
(3) The model of the soldier's and member's pass are shown in Annex 3 to this decree.
MODELS OF THE SPECIFIC BAREAL IMPLEMENTATION AND MARKING OF SERVICE VEHICLES, VESSELS AND AIRCRAFT
Special colour and marking of service vehicles
(1) A service vehicle with a special colour and marking is a silver colour with blue and yellow highlighting elements on the sides and on the rear, black marking "POLICE" on the sides, police symbol and black marking "POLICE" on the front and yellow inscription "POLICE" on the back. In a horizontal blue stripe on the sides of the side, the white sign "HELP AND PROTECTION" and the national emergency number and its symbol may be placed. A code may be placed on the vehicle with reference to the information source. An identification mark may be placed on the roof. The special colour and marking may be reflective.
(2) If the construction of a service vehicle does not permit the marking referred to in paragraph 1, paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis. The vehicle is silver-coloured, blue and yellow highlighting elements, inscriptions and the symbol of the police are placed according to the design of the vehicle type.
(3) A service vehicle which does not have a special colour design as provided for in paragraph 1 may be marked with:
(a) on the sides and on the front of the sign "POLICIE" in accordance with Article 4 (1) (b) (1); the inscription on the front may be replaced by a symbol of the police; or
(b) after the windscreen, the inscription "POLICIE" in accordance with Article 4 (1) (b) (2); the marking of the vehicle shall also be regarded as such by means of the light inscription "POLICIA" under another legislation (2).
For the purposes of exemption from charges for the use of road charges (3) and in the case of a parked vehicle, the marking referred to in (b) or the inscription "POLICE 'in accordance with § 4 (1) (b) (1) placed behind the windscreen shall be sufficient.
(4) The models of the special colour design and marking of service vehicles and the marking of service vehicles referred to in paragraph 3 are set out in Annex 4 to this Decree.
Special colour and marking of service vessels
(1) The service vessel with a special colour and marking is silver. The blue and yellow highlighting elements and the inscription "POLICE 'shall be placed mutatis mutandis in accordance with Section 12 (1), taking into account the specific nature of the design of the vessel type. The service vessel may bear the inscription" HELP AND PROTECTION', the symbol of the police or the national emergency number and, where appropriate, its symbol.
(2) A service vessel which does not have the special colour design provided for in paragraph 1 may be marked on the sides or other appropriate place by the inscription "POLICE" in accordance with § 4 (1) (b) (1).
(3) The models of the special colour design and marking of the service vessels are set out in Annex 4 to this Decree.
Special colour and designation of service aircraft
(1) A service aircraft with a special colour design and marking has a surface treatment in combination of blue and white, or blue and silver, marked on the hull or keel surface with a symbol of the national flag of the Czech Republic in the form of a spherical triangle and on the torso or keel surface with a red white mark consisting of the letters "OK-BY" and another letter of the alphabetical series "A" to "Z." The inscription "POLICIE 'on the sides and, where applicable, on the lower torso, in contrast to the surface of the aircraft. The service aircraft may be accompanied by a contrasting sign" HELP AND PROTECTION', a police symbol or a national emergency number and, where appropriate, a symbol, or a health symbol.
(2) The models of the special colour design and designation of service aircraft are set out in Annex 4 to this Decree.
MODEL OF THE SPECIFIC BAREVAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SIGNIFICANT "POLICE OF THE CR"
(1) The belt marked "POLICE of the Czech Republic" consists of alternately white fields with the black inscription "POLICE of the Czech Republic" and a red field with the white inscription "ACCESS OF ZAKZAN."
(2) The model of the belt marked "POLICE of the Czech Republic" is shown in Annex 4 to this decree.

(1) The Police President may authorise a former police officer, on the basis of his written request, to wear a social uniform 92 if the former police officer was in an indefinite service relationship and his service had ended
(a) release on grounds of:
1. long-term medical fitness to perform services4),
2. withdrawal of physical fitness certificates or proficiency certificates (5); or
3. own applications (6); or
(b) by completion of the age specified (7).
(2) The police President may withdraw the authorisation referred to in paragraph 1 if wearing a uniform by a former police officer would harm the good name of the police.
(1) A former policeman may wear a uniform the wearing of which has been permitted to:
(a) ceremonial and social opportunities;
(b) piety acts;
(c) opportunities relating to the police; or
(d) major events of personal life.
(2) If the former police officer does not have the relevant uniform components or accessories in his possession from the time of service, the police shall provide them for payment; This also applies to the modification of the uniform and its accessories.
(1) The uniform worn by the former policeman shall bear the marking of the former officer on the left sleeve of the relevant component of the uniform. The former police officer's designation replaces the police's sleeve sign.
(2) There is no identification number on the uniform worn by the former policeman.
(3) The uniform worn by an ex-policeman shall bear an indication of the highest rank or rank achieved by the former officer during the service.
(4) The model of the designation of the former police officer is shown in Annex 5 to this Decree.
COMMON PROVISIONS
For a service outside the Czech Republic, the uniform and the external marking of the police can be adapted to the necessary extent to the needs of the service abroad.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Transitional provisions
(1) Until 31 December 2021:
a) wear uniforms according to Decree No. 460 / 2008 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 1 / 2011 Coll.,
(b) use of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of police with special colour design and marking according to Decree No. 14 / 2008 Coll.,
c) use belts marked "POLICE of the Czech Republic" according to Decree No. 460 / 2008 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 1 / 2011 Coll.
(2) Until 31 December 2015, the police badge may be used in accordance with Decree No. 460 / 2008 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 1 / 2011 Coll.
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 460 / 2008 Coll., on the method of external marking, service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on the demonstration of belonging to the Police of the Czech Republic.
2. Decree No. 1 / 2011 Coll., amending Decree No. 460 / 2008 Coll., on the method of external marking, service uniforms and special colour rendering and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on proving belonging to the Police of the Czech Republic.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 2015.
