GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 1 March 2006
fixing the minimum amount of the scholarship in the event of a student's difficult social situation
The Government orders pursuant to § 91 (3) of Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., on Higher Education and on the amendment and addition of other laws (Act on Higher Education), as amended by Act No. 552 / 2005 Coll.:
The scholarship awarded in the event of a difficult social situation of a student shall be fixed monthly at least twice the child allowance at an increased level (1).
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
