amending and supplementing Decree No. 95 / 1967 Coll., implementing Act No. 73 / 1952 Coll., on Turnover Tax
The Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to § 3 paragraphs 3 and 4, § 6 and 7, § 12 paragraph 3, § 18 and 19 of Act No. 73 / 1952 Coll., on turnover tax:
Article 13 (3) of Decree No 95 / 1967 Coll., implementing Act No 73 / 1952 Coll., on Turnover Tax, is amended as follows:
(3) The special arrangements for turnover tax issued with effect from 1 January 1968 remain without prejudice. *)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1968. * *)
