DECLARATION
Minister of the metallurgical industry and ore mines and chief arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 9 November 1965
repealing Decree No. 54 / 1964 Coll., on the purchase of unnecessary consumer stocks of metallurgical products
Minister of the metallurgical industry and ore mines and the main arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic shall, in agreement with the State Planning Commission and other participating central bodies, be determined in accordance with Sections 392 and 395 of Economic Code No. 109 / 64 Coll.:
§ 1
The decree of the Minister of the Metallic Industry and the ore mines and the main arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 54 / 1964 Coll., on the purchase of unnecessary consumer stocks of metallurgical products is deleted; However, its provisions shall still be used to discuss tenders to buy up unnecessary consumer stocks of metallurgical products submitted to the purchasing organisations by 31 December 1965.
§ 2
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1966.
