Order of the Minister for Transport
of 10 May 1949
the date of establishment of national transport undertakings.
The Minister of Transport declares, pursuant to § 7, paragraph 1 of the Act of 22 December 1948, No 311 Coll., on national transport undertakings, and according to the Government Resolution of 10 May 1949:
National transport undertakings "Czechoslovak Railways, National Enterprise," "Czechoslovak Automotive Transport, National Enterprise," "Czechoslovak Airline, National Enterprise," "Czechoslovak Navigation, Labar, National Enterprise," "Czechoslovak Navigation, Oderská, National Enterprise" and "Czechoslovak Navigation Dunajská, National Enterprise" shall be established on 1 January 1949.
