THE LAW
of 9 April 2025
amending Act No. 115 / 2001 Coll., on the Promotion of Sport, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 115 / 2001 Coll., on the promotion of sport, as amended by Act No. 219 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 183 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 183 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 178 / 2019 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 49 / 2023 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Article 3a (1) (j), the words "and the Ministry of the Interior 'are replaced by the words", the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs';
2. In Article 3a (3), the words "and the Ministry of Defence 'are replaced by the words", the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs'.
3. In Article 4 (1), the words "and the Ministry of the Interior 'are replaced by the words", the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs'.
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
