GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 4 May 2022
amending Government Regulation No 86 / 2011 Coll., on technical requirements for toys, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to Article 22 (1) of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 34 / 2011 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 86 / 2011 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Toys, as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 / 2013 Coll., Government Regulation No. 339 / 2013 Coll., Government Regulation No. 151 / 2015 Coll., Government Regulation No. 97 / 2017 Coll., Government Regulation No. 86 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 222 / 2019 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 137 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentences are added to separate rows
"Commission Directive (EU) 2020 / 2088 of 11 December 2020 amending Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the labelling of allergenic odoriferous substances in toys.

2. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence is added to the separate line:

3. In Annex No 2, Part III, point 10, the following is added at the end of the first table:

The current item (11) is renumbered as item (10).
