GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 March 2020
amending Government Regulation No 481 / 2012 Coll., on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 34 / 2011 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement Sections 2 (d), § 12 and 13 of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 481 / 2012 Coll., on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as amended by Government Regulation No. 391 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 101 / 2018 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 146 / 2019 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "the relevant Regulation 'are replaced by the words" the relevant Regulations'.
2. At the end of footnote 1, the sentences are added to separate rows
"Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2019 / 1845 of 8 August 2019 amending, for the purposes of adapting to scientific and technical progress, Annex III to Directive 2011 / 65 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the exemption for bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) in certain rubber parts used in engines. Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2019 / 1846 of 8 August 2019 amending, for the purposes of adapting to scientific and technical progress, Annex III to Directive 2011 / 65 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the exemption for lead in solders used in certain combustion engines. '
3. In Annex No 2, the following entries 43 and 44 are added:

| 43 | Bis(2-ethylhexyl)-ftalát v pryžových dílech v motorech pro použití v zařízeních, jež nejsou určena výhradně pro použití spotřebitelem, pokud žádné měkčené plastové materiály nepřicházejí do styku s lidskou sliznicí nebo do dlouhodobého styku s lidskou kůží a hodnota koncentrace bis(2-ethylhexyl)-ftalátu nepřesahuje: a) 30 % hmotnostních kaučuku v případě 1. povrchové úpravy těsnících kroužků, 2. celopryžových těsnících kroužků, nebo 3. pryžových dílů, které jsou součástí sestav složených z alespoň 3 součástí připojených k motoru a využívajících elektrický, mechanický nebo hydraulický pohon, nebo b) 10 % hmotnostních kaučuku v případě dílů s obsahem kaučuku, které nejsou uvedeny v písmenu a). Pro účely této položky se „dlouhodobým stykem s lidskou kůží“ rozumí nepřetržitý styk o délce více než 10 minut nebo přerušovaný styk o délce více než 30 minut denně. | Platnost do 21. července 2024 pro elektrozařízení podle § 2 odst. 2 písm. j). | ||||||
| 44 | Olovo v pájkách pro čidla, ovládací prvky a řídicí jednotky motoru ve spalovacích motorech v oblasti působnosti nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) ze dne 14. září 2016 o požadavcích na mezní hodnoty emisí plynných a tuhých znečišťujících látek a schválení typu spalovacích motorů v nesilničních mobilních strojích, o změně nařízení (EU) č. 1024/2012 a (EU) č. 167/2013 a o změně a zrušení směrnice 97/68/ES, jež jsou instalovány v zařízeních provozovaných ve stabilní poloze a určených pro profesionální použití, ale používaných rovněž jinými uživateli. | Platnost do 21. července 2024 pro elektrozařízení podle § 2 odst. 2 písm. j). |

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 2020.
