DECLARATION

of 16 June 1995
fixing the amount of money necessary to cover the costs of the stay of a stranger in the Czech Republic and for his travel
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to Section 34a of Act No. 123 / 1992 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, as amended by Act No. 190 / 1994 Coll.:
(1) The amount of money presented by the stranger at the request of the inspection authority, 1) is at least CZK 7000.
(2) For foreigners under 15 years of age, the amount of money referred to in paragraph 1 shall be at least CZK 3500.
The amount of money referred to in § 1 may be presented by a stranger in Czech currency or in foreign freely convertible currency.
This decree shall take effect on 1 December 1995.
