THE LAW
of 12 November 1975
on social security
In order to implement the social programme set out by the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, aimed at further strengthening the life guarantees of citizens, the Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
(4) After completion of compulsory education, orphan's pension is not paid if the child has a gross monthly income of more than 620 CZK.

and increases per child by 240 ccs per month.
(a) 200 CZK if it is for a child,
(b) 550 Kčs, if it is for the other beneficiaries referred to in § 73 (2) (b) to (f); However, where a maintenance allowance has been granted by the court to a soldier in such cases, the provision allowance shall be equal to the amount of the maintenance allowance, but not more than CZK 550.
§ 101
(1) The single agricultural cooperatives contribute for their members to the partial reimbursement of the costs of their social security (including sickness and maternity security).
(2) The contribution for a member of the single agricultural cooperative is set at between 6% and 28% of its annual income attributable to the average monthly earnings.
