of 5 August 1960
determining the duration of the basic service of university graduates in military training at those schools
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 27 paragraph 3 of the Defence Act No. 92 / 1949 Coll. as amended by Act No. 19 / 1958 Coll.:
The duration of the basic service of university graduates who have been assigned to military training at universities starting in the 1960 / 1961 school year and have completed military training by final examinations shall be set at 12 months.
The duration of the basic service of university graduates who were included in military training at universities before 1960 / 1961 and completed military training by final examinations shall be set at 6 months.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
