amending Government Regulation No. 199 / 2018 Coll., on the Technical Plan for the transition of terrestrial digital television from DVB-T to DVB-T2 (Government Regulation on the Technical Plan for the transition to DVB-T2)
According to Article II (1) of Act No. 252 / 2017 Coll., amending Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and amending certain related acts (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended, and Act No. 483 / 1991 Coll., on Czech Television, as amended:
The following Section 11a is inserted after Article 11 of Decree No. 199 / 2018 Coll., on the Technical Plan for the transition of terrestrial digital television from DVB-T to DVB-T2 standard (Government Regulation on the Technical Plan for the transition to DVB-T2 standard):
Temporary interruption of the transition process of terrestrial digital television from DVB-T to DVB-T2
The time limits for switching off the DVB-T transmitter set out in Annexes 1 to 4, if the switch off is to be made by March to June 2020, shall not apply, except for the time limit for switching off the DVB-T high power transmitter "JIMPON channel 30" set out in order No 9 of Annex 3 to this Regulation. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
