THE LAW
of 9 March 2010
amending Act No 235 / 2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 36a (3) of Act No. 235 / 2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended by Act No. 489 / 2009 Coll., point (d), including footnote 26b, is deleted. Point (e) shall be renumbered as point (d).
For the application of value added tax for the tax period prior to the date of entry into force of this Act and for the application of the rights and obligations related thereto, Act No. 235 / 2004 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Act, shall apply.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
