THE LAW
of 6 April 2000
amending Act No 344 / 1992 Coll., on the Register of Real Estate of the Czech Republic (cadastral Act), as amended, Act No 284 / 1991 Coll., on Land Modifications and Land Offices, as amended, and Act No 200 / 1994 Coll., on Geometry, and amending and supplementing certain laws related to its introduction
Parliament of the Czech Republic has decided on this law:
Amendment of the Geometry Act and amending and supplementing certain laws related to its introduction
Act No. 200 / 1994 Coll., on Geometry and on the amendment and addition of certain laws related to its introduction, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 13 (1) (a):
"(a) a geometrical plan, a copy of the geometrical plan, a specified allocation plan, a new set of geodetic information of the cadastral and documentation on the establishment of the boundary of the land,";
2. In Article 16, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) The verification of a copy of the geometric plan shall be indicated by the following text:" It shall be verified that the copy conforms to the geometric plan. "The text shall be accompanied by the signature of the natural person by his own hand, the date of verification of the copy, the number of the records of the certified copies and the stamp bearing the State emblem, the content of which is given in paragraph 4. ';
FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Agricultural parcels still registered in the register in the type of meadow and pasture shall be recorded as permanent grassland in the type of land since the application of this law.
2. Natural persons who have been given an official authorisation pursuant to § 13 (1) (a) of Act No. 200 / 1994 Coll., on Geometry and amending and supplementing certain laws related to its implementation until the effective date of this Act may also verify copies of geometric plans, specified allocation plans and new sets of geodetic information of the cadastral.
PERFORMANCE TO DECLARATION OF THE COMPLETE VERSION OF THE LAW
The Prime Minister is hereby authorised to publish in the Collection of Laws the full text of Act No. 344 / 1992 Coll., on the cadastral property of the Czech Republic (cadastral law), as is apparent from the laws amending it.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on 1 September 2000.
