THE LAW
of 26 May 1995
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 171 / 1991 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of transfers of State assets to other persons and on the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 171 / 1991 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the matters of transfers of assets of the State to other persons and on the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 285 / 1991 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 438 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 569 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 282 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 210 / 1993 Coll., and Act No. 224 / 1994 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 18 (2) (c), the word "Statute 'is replaced by the word" Budget'.
2. In Article 19, the following words are inserted after the word "activities':" including the costs of discussing and implementing privatisation projects'.
3. Paragraph 24 is renumbered paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The liabilities of the Fund arising from the transfer of the State's assets and holdings to other persons under this or the Special Act, (5a) which will not be satisfied in the context of the liquidation of the Fund, are transferred to the Czech Republic on the date of its demise.
5 (a) Act No. 92 / 1991 Coll., on the Conditions for Transfer of State Assets to Other Persons, as amended. '.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
