The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 26 April 1994 on a proposal by the Regional Office in Frýdku to abolish Part I (4) and Parts II, III and IV of the generally binding Order of the Municipality of Raškovice on the disposal of solid municipal waste and on the local charge for its removal adopted on 14 December 1991
as follows:
Part I (4) and Parts II, III and IV of the Rashkovice Ordinance on the disposal of solid municipal waste and the local charge for its removal, adopted by the Regional Council in Rashkovice on 14 December 1991, shall be deleted from the date of the declaration of findings in the Collection of Laws.
