amending and supplementing the Order of the Czech Mining Authority No. 56 / 1982 Coll., determining the circumference of the Circular Mining Authorities
The Czech Mining Office provides pursuant to § 38 paragraph 5 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and on State Mining Administration:
Decree of the Czech Mining Office No. 56 / 1982 Coll., determining the circumference of the Circular Mining Authorities, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 is renumbered paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 is added as follows:
"(2) (2) The District Mining Office in Příbrami is hereby entrusted with carrying out the tasks of the State Mining Administration in monitoring compliance with the obligations under the legislation governing the manufacture of explosives. '
2. in Paragraph 2 (2), footnote 2 shall read:
"2) § 21 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 542 / 1991 Coll. (full version No. 440 / 1992 Coll.)."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
