THE LAW
of 23 April 1990
adjusting certain relations between trade unions and employers
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
In the case where legislation provides for the authorisation of the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement, such authorisations shall apply, under the conditions laid down in the Labour Code, to trade union organisations and bodies created by free trade unions.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
