laying down the responsibilities of national committees in the implementation of certain provisions of the Civil Code and the notarial order
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The role of guardian of a minor child for proceedings before a state notaries shall be exercised by the district national committee, at the discretion of the state notars1).
Items Nos 35 and 36 of Annex A and headings 7 and 24 of Annex D to the Act of the Czech National Council No. 146 / 1971 Coll., amending and supplementing the Act on National Committees and regulating the competence of national committees in certain sections of the government.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
