issuing the National Park Statute for the Low Tatras
The Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic issues in agreement with the participating central authorities of the state administration and the Slovak Academy of Sciences pursuant to § 10 (1) of the Slovak National Council Act No. 1 / 1955 Coll. SNR, on the state conservation of nature this Statute of the National Park of Nizke Tatry
Protection of the National Park
The establishment of the National Park Nízke Tatra (hereinafter referred to as the "National Park") provides protection, restoration and enhancement of landscapes, the natural and cultural wealth of its territory in line with the development of individual sectors of the national economy.
Interest spaces
(1) In order to ensure the conservation of nature in relation to economic, technical and other activities (hereinafter referred to as "economic activity"), interest areas are defined in the territory of the national park and its protection zone according to the nature of the natural environment and its prevailing functions.
(2) The territory of the national park is divided into the following areas of interest: Central Time, Tremble Time-West, Tremble Time-East, Korytnica, Ludrovska Dolina, Magurka - Iron, Chierny Weight and the Desert Field.
(3) The territory of the national park protection zone (the "protection zone") is subdivided into the following areas of interest: Bystrá - Chertovica - Malužiná, Korytnická dolina, Liptovská Lúžna, Biely Váh - Šuňava, Bacúšska dolina, Jasenie - Sopotnica, Donovaly - Motíčky, Liptovka Štiavnica - Liptovica - Liptovský Kľachany, Polomka - Šumiac, Valaska - Běška and Staré Hory - Hiadež.
(4) The territory of the national park and its protection zone is defined in Annex 1, which is part of this Decree.
Conditions for the protection of the national park
In the territory of the national park, the economic activity and its planning on the extraction of minerals, water and forestry, hunting and fishing, agriculture, communication and long-distance lines, as well as other construction of all kinds, including tourism and recreation facilities, and any other activity, should be developed and carried out in accordance with its mission and needs, as well as with approved land planning documentation and relevant economic plans.
Conditions of use of the national park
(1) The functional exploitation, organisation and construction of the territory is governed by approved planning documentation and by territorial decisions issued under the Law on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations, other generally binding legislation governing this activity and in accordance with the mission of the national park,
(a) the creation of new permanent dwellings is excluded from the territory of the national park;
(b) for other construction, care must be taken to maintain undisturbed and unurbanised natural spaces on the basis of approved planning documentation;
(c) the construction of cabins for individual recreation, buildings for temporary accommodation, including business reactions, chat camps, camping areas, autocamping, parking spaces and other functionalfacilities (1) is permitted only in the areas defined by the territorial planning authorities of the relevant Regional National Committee with the agreement of the State Protection Organisation.2)
(2) The following conditions shall apply to other activities in the territory of the national park:
(a) mining facilities and installations for mining of minerals in the territory of the national park must be substantially optically isolated from continuous communications, care must be taken with measures to prevent pollution by their operation and to implement all reclamation measures after completion of conquest; 3)
(b) for all projects and interventions it is necessary to respect the aquatic importance of the national park territory, to ensure the biological and technical maintenance of the spring areas, the rendering of erosive and avalanche areas, to ensure the purity of water flows and other surface waters, and to create all-round conditions for improving water conditions. When designing and constructing water works 4) it is necessary to take care of their organic integration into the natural environment; when building objects for other use of surface and groundwater, ensure that there are no defects of a hygienic and aesthetic nature. The treatment of water flows and shores of other surface waters must be carried out in particular in biological ways and consistently protected by coastal crops. Special care must be given to mineral springs;
(c) forest management shall be carried out in accordance with approved forest management plans, in which the economic measures for forests in the different areas of interest of the national park shall be determined after consultation with the State conservation authorities, in the areas of interest of the national park protection zone only if the forestry plan has been amended; 5)
(d) hunting and fishing shall be carried out in accordance with approved plans for the production and hunting of game and fish, taking into account the conservation and restoration of these resources and the relevant provisions of the Hunting Act, the Fishery Act (6) and the implementing provisions issued thereunder; they are carried out by state forest undertakings, hunting associations and fisheries organisations in accordance with the mission of the national park;
(e) the development of agricultural production, including the construction of the necessary objects in the territory of the national park, shall be carried out in accordance with approved plans for the development of agricultural production, five-year and annual plans and in accordance with the mission of the national park. Particular attention should be paid to the issue of the rational use of mountain meadows and pastures and the protection of the agricultural land fund also with regard to specially protected agricultural land; 7)
(f) trees and shrub vegetation which grow in the territory of the national park outside the forest and indolates of the municipalities are of interest to the state conservation of nature. Interventions in these natural components may be carried out only with the consent of the competent authority of the State Protection of Nature;
(g) research and exploration of nature and natural circumstances in the territory of the national park may be carried out only with the knowledge of the Slovak Institute of Heritage Care and Nature Protection, which keeps their records; ensure that there are no time and local conflicts of interest and that protected natural values are not harmed;
(h) the introduction into the wild of non-indigenous species of plants and animals is allowed, in principle, only when carrying out research in the context of an experimental activity in an agreement with the authorities of nature protection; This shall not apply to the agricultural land fund managed under approved agricultural production development plans.
(3) In addition to the conditions for the protection and use of the national park referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, the special conditions of protection set out in Annex 2, which is part of this Decree, also apply to the different areas of interest of the national park.
Conditions for the use of the protection zone
(1) In the protection zone, the effects of harmful effects of the surrounding areas on the territory of the national park should be excluded, prevented and ensured the integrity of the natural ecological systems of the national park.
(2) In carrying out economic and other activities in the protection zone, the following principles shall be respected in accordance with its mission:
(a) industry and agriculture must be developed in such a way that typical landscapes are not undermined and that harmful waste and chemicals (exhalates, waste water, pesticides, etc.) do not affect the territory of the national park;
(b) forestry shall be governed by approved forest management plans;
(c) the opening of new mineral extractors must be agreed in advance with the authorities of the State Protection of Nature and Mining in such a way as to minimise the loss of the aesthetic nature of the landscape;
(d) in the design and construction of water works, care must be taken to ensure their organic integration into the natural environment and to ensure that water treatment is carried out in particular by biological means; the sources of drinking and productive water and mineral springs must be cared for in such a way as to avoid defects of a hygienic and aesthetic nature;
(e) when planning the development and pursuit of hunting and fishing in accordance with the relevant provisions of the hunting and fishing law (6), the principles of protection of the fauna of the national park must be respected;
(f) in the construction of all kinds, care must be taken to create integrated settlements and their conurbations in the light of the current housing structure. Increased attention must be paid to the planning documentation, project documentation and artistic solution of objects of all kinds in the areas of entry cities and municipalities to the national park in its protection zone.
(3) The use of the protection zone, in addition to the principles referred to in paragraph 2, shall be subject to the specific conditions of use of its individual interest areas, as set out in Annex 3, which is part of this Decree.
Monuments of the Slovak National Uprising and other cultural monuments
(1) In the territory of the national park and its protection zone, special care is given to the accessibility and cultural educational use of the monuments of the Slovak National Uprising.
(2) The Slovak Institute of Monument Care and Nature Protection leads the registration of the Slovak National Uprising in the national park and its protection zone. The Museum of the Slovak National Uprising in Banská Bystrica, in cooperation with the Slovak Institute of Monument Care and Nature Protection, provides assistance to national committees in providing care for these monuments as well as in their use for cultural educational objectives.
(3) The care of other cultural monuments located in the territory of the national park shall be carried out in accordance with specific rules. 8)
National Park Administration
(1) The management of the national park and the professional tasks of the state conservation of nature in the territory of the national park and its protection zone are carried out by the Slovak Institute of Monumental Care and Nature Protection within the meaning of the SSR Decree on the National Park Nizke Tatry. 9)
(2) The Slovak Institute of Heritage and Nature Protection monitors the coordination of economic, recreational and cultural intentions and interests in the territory of the national park, seeks to further improve the possibilities of its use for recreation, tourism and tourism, in accordance with nature conservation and approved planning documentation; working closely with the competent authorities of public administrations of social and other organisations.
(3) Slovak Institute of Heritage Care and Nature Conservation
(a) monitor compliance with the resolutions and measures of the State authorities on the protection and development of the national park;
(b) provide professional and advisory assistance on matters of national nature protection within the national park;
(c) issue visiting orders, rules and other professional opinions for the use of national park territory;
(d) carry out cultural awareness-raising work aimed at exploring and protecting nature and cultural monuments of the national park;
e) creates conditions for scientific research activities in the territory of the national park, keeps a record of it and ensures that the results of research in conservation practice are implemented;
(f) keeps documentation of nature conservation in the national park.
(4) In order to address the serious issues of the national park, which affect more than one sector, the Slovak Monument Care and Nature Protection Institute shall establish an advisory body; its members shall also be representatives of the relevant national committees, bodies and organisations active in the territory of the national park and its protection zone.
Exemptions from the conditions of protection and use of the national park and the conditions of use of its protection zone
Exemptions from the provisions of this decree may be authorised for reasons of urgent social interest by the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic, after observations by the relevant Regional National Committee.
National Park Committee Management
(1) The local, regional and regional national committees, within their competence, are effectively helping to implement measures to protect the national park and to use its protection zone.
(2) The relevant national committees cooperate with the Slovak Institute of Monument Care and Nature Protection in determining the operational conditions for the different territories of the national park relevant to tourism.
Final provision
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

1. DETERMINATION OF TERRITORIES AND INTERESTED SPACE OF THE NATIONAL PARK LOW TATRA
_
The border of interest space Centralna časť comes from the Hrdinov SNP cottage, continues in the southwest direction along the ridge of Veľký Gáple through the cubits of 1776, 1669, 1180 (Záloma) on the cubit of 936 (Stupka) and further in the southwest direction through the Bystře Dolina to the cubit of 842 (Horny diel). From there, the border takes place along the ridge of the southwest towards the lower edge of the forest, continues in the west along the lower border of the forest to the river Nasty and further down the stream against its flow. It is also facing the dry creek and the northwest border. When crossing the forest road, it turns southwest, crossing state road no. 05650 at booth 590, followed by the English stream. The border of the forest continues in the western and southern direction to the valley of Veľký Grapel ', further in the northern direction the border of the forest and the ridge along the cadastral border of the municipalities Dolní Lehota and Jasenia through the cubits 844, 1231, 1408 (Žiar), 1840 (Žiarska hol'a), 1980 (Skalka), to the cubicle 1937 (Kotliska), thence the cadastral border of the municipalities Dolní Lehota and Lazisko on the cubicle 1889 (Poľana) and the cadastral border of the municipalities Laziska and Demänovska dolina on the cubit 1886 (Bôr). The border from here goes northwest and north through the cubits 1520, 1429 (Jaloviarka), 1229 (Uhlisko) to the Hájna nad Laziska in the valley of the Paludžanka stream. From there it continues in the eastern direction along the lower border of the forest above the municipalities of Ploštín, Ižanova, Závědná Poruba, Liptovský Ján and the village Liptovská Ruúbka on the state road No. 72 and continues along it in the southern direction. At booth 694 it turns southwest along the ridge through the cores 1325 (Hradište), 1538 (Nižný Príslop), 1343 (Roundles top), 1723 (Straight hole'a), on the cocoon 1506 (Bocianske saddle). It continues west on the ridge through the cubicle 1807 (Rabbit) to the starting point at Hrdinov SNP cottage.
ARRANGEMENTS OF THE GREEN TIME-WEST (A II / A)
The border of the time-west of the Hobeňová area is situated from the cubicle 1937 (Kotliski), continues in the southern and southwest direction along the cadastral border of the municipalities Dolní Lehota and Jasenia under the cubit 1980 (Skalka), via the cubit 1840 (Žiarska hoľa) on the upper border of the forest, from there along the north and further in the western direction below the crest of the Latiborska stick, Košarisky, Raztocka stick, Chabenc, Veľka Chochuli, Prašiva, continues in the northeastern direction along the cote 1529 (Mestská hora), via the cote 1703 (Bôr). It continues in the southwest direction along the main ridge through the cubits of 1914, 1889 (Poľana) to the starting point on the booth of 1937 (Kotliská).
INTERNAL TIME-EAST INTEREST SPACE (A Il / b)
The border of the interest area of the Hobeňová time-east is based on the range of the cadastral borders of the municipalities Vyšná Boca, Nižná Boca, Malužiná, Polomka, converges to the southwest at the lower border of the protective forest, circling around the cubicle 1463 (Certová's wedding), continues in the eastern direction parallel to the main ridge along the lower border of the protective forest under the cubits 1659 (Zadná hoľa), 1544 (Oravková), 1508 (Kolesářerová), 1691 (Veľká Vapenica), continues in the eastern direction below the cubits 1519 (Andrejčová) under the upper border of the forest below the cubits 1790 (Bartková), 1839 (Orlová) and 1876 (Stredná hoľa). It continues with Vyšných rovienkami pod koty 1442, 1690 (Kráľova skala), further in the northern direction on the Tri well under the cubit 1506 (Tri hill). Here it turns west and continues along the upper border of the forest under 1559 (Dzurová), 1617 (Holica) under Ždiarske saddle, further along the lower border of the protective forest under 1519 (Andrejcová), then on the upper border of the forest around 1569 (Medvedia), under 1674, 1691 (Veľká Vapenica). It continues in the western direction along the lower border of the protective forest under the cubits of 1508 (Kolesárová), 1544 (Oravcovcová), continues along the upper border of the forest in the north direction, circling the cubits of 1522, 1503, 1535 (Nemecká), 1727 (Velký bok), 1533 (Small bok) and continues in the south direction. Under box 1522, it continues along the lower limit of the protective forest under box 1659 (Zadná hol'a), it continues in the western direction below box 1393 (Vrbovica) to the starting point.
KORYTNICA (A III)
The boundary of the interest area of Korytnica is based on cubicle 1225 (Kecka), continues in the north direction through the stream of Korytnica under the grove of Patocina and continues in the northeastern direction to cubicle 900 (Váhanka), further in the northeast direction along the ridge to the edge of the forest. Here it turns south-east towards cubicle 1181 (Chierny hill), from there south-east and east towards the ridge through the ridge 1233 (Banasov side) at the upper edge of the forest. The border continues in the southwest direction along the upper border of the forest, further through the cubits 1099, 1330 (Goat's grunt) to the starting point of the booth 1225 (Kecka).
LUDROVSKÝ DOLINA (A IV)
The Ludrovská Dolina border is based on the 1630 (Salatín) cubicle, continuing in the western direction along the ridge through the 1344 (Magura) cubicle, 1298 (Red Magura) on State Road 59. It continues in the northern direction on State Road 59 following the village of Biely Potok. From there, the border continues in the northeast direction along the field road to the western border of the inner village of Ludrovanka to the river Ludrovanka, continues in the south direction, under cubicle 1311 (Bohúňovo) to the eastern direction, continues in the ridge to the cubicle 1311 (Bohúňovo) and further in the southeast direction through the ridge over the cubicle 1424 (Reptiles) to the starting point on the cubicle of 1630 (Salatín).
Interest space MAGURKA - RAILWAY (A V)
The border of the Magurka - Železné is coming from the coven of 1703, continues northwest towards the ridge, then over the cores of 1523 (Krámec), 1048 (Okenášovská) converges into the valley of the river Záupčianka and continues through the valley of the valley of the river of the river of the river of the river of the river of the upčianka and the valley of the valley of the river of the river of the river of the river of the valley of the river of the river of the river of the river of the river of the river of the river of the river of the valley of the river of the river of the river of the river of the valley of the river of the river of the river of the river of the river of the river of the river of the north of the river of the river of 1703.

It continues in the southwest direction at booth 1506 (Tri hills) to the upper border of the forest under Kráľová stick, Strenní stick, Orlová, Bartková, Andrejcova, Veľka Vápenice, Medvedí, Kolesárová, Oravcová, Nemecká, Little side, Velž side, Back stick, Vrbovice to the range of the town cadastres Vyšná Boca, Nižná Boca, Malužina, Polomka. From the range continues in the north direction along the ridge through the cubits 1478 (Fishiarka), 1289, 1281 (Spíglá), 1166 (Olešková) to the eastern edge of the village Malužiná. From there, it continues in the north direction through the cubits 1151 (Skribňovo), 1106 (Sekany), 1150 to the lower edge of the forest, continuing in the eastern direction along the lower border of the forest and the river Belienec to the starting point on the Biele Weight confluence with Čierny Váhem.
Field of interest (A VII)
The border of the desert field is based on a cubicle of 1099 (Pope), continues southwest on the state road no. 66 to the railway stop Švermovov-guesthouse, continues in the north direction along the lower edge of the forest, continues against the river Zúbra along the upper border of the forest and this border through the Tri well to the border of the districts of Banská Bystrica and Poprad. From there it continues in the northeast and east direction through the cubits of 1506 (Tri hills), 1555 (Bridges), 1545 (Predná hoľa) and from there it turns to the starting point at the booth of 1099 (Pop).
2. DETERMINATION OF THE TERRITORIES OF THE INTERESTED AREA OF THE SAFEGUARD PARK
INTEREST SPOT - FRESH - SMALL (B VIII)
The line of interest of Bystrá - Čertovica - Malužiná is based on the range of the catastres of the villages Vyšná Boca, Nižná Boca, Malužiná, Polomka, the south-west border of the protective forest under the cubits 1393 (Jánov grúň), 1474 (Konné), 1463 (Čertová wedding), continues the catastral boundary of the municipalities Braväcovo and Jarabá under the cubits 1542 (Beňška), 1324 (Čuchořiedková), 1192 (Zúbra), continues with a ridge under the kot 847 (Šanskot 912), continues along the north edge of the intravalána osoda (Běška), and Mýšt under the border of the DŽumbierna, continues after it at the castastástástástástástástástástástří Bět. Interest space Korytic Dolina (B IX)
The line of interest of the Corytnická Dolina is located from the former railway station in Korytnice, continues in the southern direction along the state road No 59 along the cadastral border of the municipalities of Donovaly and Liptovské Revúce, continues in the western direction along the above-mentioned cadastral border through the cubits of 1402 (Zvolen), 1292 (Motyčská hoľa) under the cubit of 1075 (Šturec). From there, it continues in the northern direction along the state road number 0597 through the village Liptovska Revúce, continues along the southern edge of the Indolent Liptovský Osád, continues along the eastern side of the Intravilán, continues along the road bridge over the Strelovka stream, continues in the eastern direction to cubit 1298 (Red Magura), continues in the southern direction to the collecting ridge, continues the catastral border of the Municipality Liptovska Ložna and Liptovska Osada to the western edge of the indolent of the village Liptovská Ložna, further in the southwest direction through the ridge through the 900 (Váhanka) to the Hatočina. SPACE OF INTEREST OF LIPTOVSKY LEVEL (B X)
The Lúžna Lúžna border is based on a cubicle of 1630 (Salatín), continues in the western direction over the cubicle of 1334 (Magura) on the cubicle of 1298 (Red Magura), continues in the south direction over the hill of Mýto, from there the cadastral boundary of the village Liptovská Lúžna and Liptovská Osset over the northwestern edge of the indolany of Liptovska Lúžna, continues in the southeast of the southeast and east direction to the cubit 1181 (Čierny vrch), continues in the southeastern direction over the cote of 1233 (Banášov bok) along the upper border of the forest. From there, the northeastern direction continues the upper border of the forest along the cadastral border between Liptovská Ložna and Partizány Izopča under the coca 1640 (Veľká hoľa), further in the northern direction along the above cadastral border through the coca 1221 and 1555 to the starting point at the coca 1630 (Salatín).
CITIZENS (B XI)
The boundary of Biely Váh's interest space - Shuyava comes from the confluence of Bielý Váh with the Clear Weight near Kraľov Lehota. It continues in the eastern direction of the railway line to the Nizhni mlýn west of the village Važec, from there it moves the eastern and southern border of the forest through the locations Váška, the Brezová to the cubit 907, the lower border of the forest over the locality Zadná Lúka at the cubit 977 (Zážek), at the cubit 981, 938 (Sviniarka) towards the state road east of the Strba, via the state road no. 018142 after the intersection in the village Lucivná, continues in the eastern direction along the railway to the river Kysnica, from there in the south direction via the cubits 944, 1001, 1255 (Filagória), continues in the western direction via the cubits 977, 970, and in the western and south direction along the road under the junction 1091 (Jedlinská). From there it takes the northwest direction through the cubicle 1075 (Krahulec), continues the northwest direction through the ridge over the cubits 1068, 1046, 1112 (Brada), 1106 (Slamená), continues the west direction through the cubits 1116 (Hošková), 1109, 917 (Petranová), 1099 (RigeŽ) to the starting point at the confluence of the Bielé Váhu with the Clear Weight.
Interest space BACUSSKA DOLINA (B XII)
The border of the interest area of Bacúšska dolina is based on a cubicle of 1240 (Javorinka), it descends in the southern direction on the lower border of the forest, it continues in the western direction through the lower forest road in the Bacúšská valley to the cadastral border of the municipalities of Bacúch and Braväcovo. From there, the northwest direction indicated by the cadastral border below the column 1250 (Biela skala) through the cubicle 1423 (Vrchbánsky grún) under the cubicle 1463 (Čertová wedding), continues in the north and northeast direction below the protection forest, continues in the eastern direction the lower boundary of the protective forest under the cubicle 1474 (Konné) and 1393 (Janov grún), 1402 to the forest hut and then collects at the cubit 1515 (Babina) towards the starting point at the cubit 1240 (Javorinka).
JASENIE - SOPOTNICA (B XIII)
The boundary of the interest area of Jasenia - Sopotnica is based on the cubicle 1340 (Holica), continues in the south direction over the cubicle 1049 (Above the gills) to the cubicle 975 (Kohuľa), continues in the southeast direction towards the Borovsky stream, continues in the south direction Borovský creek to the north edge of the Indolila village Interebrod. From there, the northeast is the lower border of the forest towards the forest valley (Sopotnícka valley), the southeast is the lower border of the forest towards Bukovec grove, the northeast is the lower border of the forest towards the north edge of the Intravilan village of Nemecká, the east and the north, and the lower border of the forest towards Pred Suchou grove, from there the east and south are the lower border of the forest above Podbôrovie, where it turns north. TRANSFER INTEREST SPOT - MOTHERS (C XIV)
The boundaries of the interest area Donovaly - Moths are based on a cubicle 1225 (Kecka), continues in the north direction to the stream Korytnica and continues with this stream to the border of the districts Banská Bystrica and Liptovský Mikuláš. LIPTOVA SHIELD - LIPTOVA GUIDELINES (C XV)
The line of interest of Liptovica - Liptovica - Liptovica Kľachany is located from the Hájšovna nad Laziskom in the valley of the Paludžanka stream, continues in the southern direction through the cots of 1229 (Uhliatsko), 1429 (Jaloviarka) and 1520, continues in the upper border of the forest under Ostredek, Chabenec on the cote of 1703 and continues in the cadastral border of the municipalities of Partizachen and Dúbrava northwestern direction, further through the cots of 1523 (Krámec), 1048 (Očenašešovská) to the stream of the municipalities of Partišanka and the northeastern direction of the bridge of the town of the north and the north-western direction of the river of the town of the uštizachen upčen uča. From there, the valley takes place in the north direction towards the southern edge of the inner village of Ludrová and continues in the eastern direction the lower border of the forest towards the starting point at the grove of Nad Laziskom.
POLOMKA - ŠUMIAC (C XVI)
The border of the interest area Polomka - Šumiac comes from the cubicle 1240 (Javorinka), continues in the northeast direction with a ridge to the cubicle 1515 (Babiná) and then in the northeast direction with a ridge to the lower border of the protective forest, from there the east direction continues the lower limit of the protective forest under the tail stick, Oravcová, Kolesárová, Priehyba, Veľka Vápenice, Andrejcová, Žiar saddle and continues in the south and east direction with the upper limit of the forest under Orlová, Střeží staff, Krážová stick, around the cuby 1690 (Kráže Skala) after the river Zúbra. In the direction of its flow, a border of 1.5 km runs and from there it breaks in the southwest direction the lower edge of the forest. VIAN - BECKY (C XVII)
The line of interest of Valaska - Beňouš is based on the boundary between the cadastral borders of the municipalities of Bacúch, Jarabá and Braväcovo, south of the cubicle 1463 (Certová's wedding), continuing the cadastral border of the municipalities of Braväcovo and Jarabá southwest in the direction of the localities 1324 (Chuchoriedková), via the cubicle 1192 (Zúbra) to the cubicle 847 (Shanská), continuing the southern direction of the cadastral border of the municipality of Mýto under Děumbierom and the city of Brezno to the state road No 72, continuing the catastral boundary of the southwest direction of the cote 912 and the north edge of the inner border of the village of Valaska. From there, the lower edge of the forest over the town of Brezno and over the municipalities of Braväcovo and Beňouš nad Bacúch, where it turns, continues with the ridge of the cadastral border of the municipalities Bacúch and Braväcovo under cubits 1250 (Biela skala), 1434 (Vychbánsky grún) to the starting point at the interface of the cadastral borders below the cubicle 1463 (Čertová bridba).
INTEREST ROOM - HIADESTER (C XVIII)
The border of the interest area of the Old Mountain - Hiadeľ is based on the cubicle 1340 (Holeca), continues in the south direction via the cubicle 1049 (Above the gills) on the cubicle 975 (Kochuľa), continues in the southeast direction towards the Borovský brook, continues in the south direction through the Borovský creek towards the northeastern edge of the village of Medzibrod, continues in the southeastern direction of the lower border of the forest on the cadastral border of the village of Medzibrod and Luchatín, continues in the north direction of the northern edge of the village of Podkonice, continues in the western direction of the lower edge of the forest towards the south border of the forest on the northeast of Bystrica. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PROTECTION IN THE NATIONAL PARK OF THE LEVEL OF TATRA IN SINGLE INTEREST AREA

The Centre of Time is not allowed to intervene in the privacy area which could cause changes in the natural configuration of the relief (mining of stone, gravel, sand, etc.).
In addition to the main existing transport routes, the construction of the necessary additional routes is permitted, which can improve overall facilities and tourist accessibility of space. Movements of motor vehicles other than those of organisations operating within the territory shall be regulated taking into account the function of the space.
The construction must be limited to free tourism facilities and with a focus on urban architectural completion of the existing agglomeration of centres in Demänovska and Bystrian Dolina.
Due to the specific use (silence zone), recreational construction is not allowed in the Mošnice Dolina (construction closure). Other necessary functional objects and facilities of tourism, forestry and pet agriculture must be located in optical isolation outside the main roads and tourist routes.
ARRANGEMENTS OF THE GREEN TIME-WEST (A II / A)
There are no interference allowed in the time-west home area that could cause changes in the natural configuration of the relief.
A ridge tourist path is considered to be a basic communication, which can be considered as part of which relaxing and sightseeing spaces and necessary simple shelters, situated at intervals available so that there are significant spaces of open landscape between the various objects.
Only the construction of facilities necessary for the operation of tourism (solitaire objects - coves) is permitted.
INTERNAL TIME-EAST INTEREST SPACE (A Il / b)
In the private area, the time-exit is not allowed interventions that could cause changes in the natural configuration of the relief.
A ridge tourist path is considered to be a basic communication, which can be considered as part of which relaxing and sightseeing spaces and necessary simple shelters, situated at intervals available so that there are significant spaces of open landscape between the various objects.
Only the construction of solitary buildings (cosy) necessary for the operation of tourism is permitted.
KORYTNICA (A III)
In the private area of Korytnica interventions are not allowed which could cause changes in the natural configuration of the relief.
The construction of the space must be dealt with in a comprehensive manner, in accordance with its function on the basis of a detailed spatial plan, so as to preserve the current quality of the natural environment (respect the degree and density of the installation in relation to the natural environment and its function).
Forests in this area are the nature of special destination forests.
LUDROVSKÝ DOLINA (A IV)
The mining of building materials (stone, gravel, sand) and interference in the natural configuration of the relief is not allowed in the Ludrovská Dolina.
The streams can only be adjusted if necessary.
When building a road network, appropriate aesthetic integration into the protected area shall be taken into account.
The construction of recreational facilities is not allowed.
Forests in this area are the nature of special destination forests.
Interest space MAGURKA - RAILWAY (A V)
In Magurka - Iron, partial interventions into the relief configuration are allowed, for example in connection with the necessary modification of the road network, so that any terrain unveils are immediately sanitized and put into the natural state.
A sufficient protection zone shall be provided to protect mineral springs. The streams can only be adjusted if necessary. The possibility of building smaller water tanks within the meaning of the indicative water management plan is permitted.
When building a road network, appropriate aesthetic integration into the protected area shall be taken into account. It is allowed to create weaning and parking areas in suitable places.
The construction must be limited to free tourism facilities with a focus on the completion of centres in Magurka and Železná. In suitable areas, the location of autocamping is permitted, taking into account the loading capacity of the natural environment and the hygienic and aesthetic requirements. As a matter of principle, it is not allowed to distract construction along roads. Functional objects and equipment of forestry and agriculture must be located in optical isolation outside the main communication.
Forests in this area are the nature of special destination forests.
CIRCUMSTANCES (A VI)
In the Chierna Libra, partial interventions into the relief configuration in optically isolated spaces are allowed only in connection with the necessary modification of the communication network, so that any ditches and covers are immediately sanded and placed in the natural state.
The streams must be left in the natural state except for minor modifications where natural shores are disturbed.
When building transport facilities, appropriate aesthetic integration into the natural environment shall be taken into account.
The construction of parking spaces and parking spaces under optical insulation conditions is permitted at suitable locations. Due to the function of the space (quiet zone), it is necessary to regulate the movement of motor vehicles in it, except for the service vehicles of organisations operating in the territory of the interest area.
There is a need to limit construction substantially throughout the area, with recreational construction being directed to the benefit of free tourism facilities, to the very edge of the whole area (only in designated areas on the basis of detailed plans or studies).
The construction and development of municipalities and settlements must be dealt with according to the regional plans within the Intravilan, taking into account the nature of the current building and landscape environment.
The functional objects and facilities of forestry and agriculture must be located in accordance with the current density of the development and the natural aesthetic Danoties of the landscape so as to ensure sufficient large untouched elements of nature in their current biological and landscape-visual expression.
Field of interest (A VII)
In the area of the desert fields are not allowed interventions that could cause changes in the natural configuration of the relief. Existing off-road unveiling must be sanitized and restored to the natural state.
The functional objects and facilities of forestry and hunting, resulting from the function of space, shall be addressed in accordance with the natural aesthetic Danotics of the landscape environment. There is no holiday installation allowed in the area.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE TERRITORIES OF THE INTEREST PLANTS IN THE PROTECTION LOW TATRA NATIONAL PARK
INTEREST SPOT - FRESH - SMALL (B VIII)
In the private area Bystrá - Krítovica - Malužiná are not allowed to interfere with the configuration of the relief (except for mining stone in still open quarries).
The streams should be left in the natural state.
Civil construction in municipalities must be carried out according to approved planning documentation, taking into account the nature of settlements (recreational settlements) and landscape environments.
The construction of tourist facilities and recreational facilities can only be carried out after the development and approval of detailed territorial plans. The construction of functional buildings of forestry and agriculture must also have an adequate artistic level due to its landscape location.
Interest space Korytic Dolina (B IX)
In the private area of the Cortical Dolina are not allowed interference in the configuration of the relief.
The construction and development of the municipalities are dealt with according to the regional planning documentation within the indolent, taking into account the current development and landscape environment. In principle, building development as well as scattered construction along the main road is not allowed, except for functional solitary objects directly related to the equipment of the North-South route (sightseeing sites, restaurants, etc.).
SPACE OF INTEREST OF LIPTOVSKY LEVEL (B X)
In the pet area Liptovská Ložna are not allowed interventions that could cause changes in the current configuration of the relief. The extraction of building materials from local sources must be concentrated in an area that will be optically isolated.
The streams must be left in the natural state except for minor modifications where natural shores are disturbed.
The construction development of Liptovská Lúžna is to be resolved within the indolan according to a detailed zoning plan, taking into account the current development and landscape environment. Outside the indolan, civil and chat construction cannot be allowed. The functional objects and equipment of the forestry and field economy shall be located in such a way that they are in accordance with the overall landscape and have maximum optical insulation. High voltage surface lines shall be excluded.
CITIZENS (B XI)
In Biely Váh - Šuňava, mining of minerals (or stone) is allowed only in open quarries.
The streams must be left in the natural state except for minor modifications where natural shores are disturbed.
Civil construction in municipalities can only be carried out according to approved planning documentation. The construction of a comprehensive set of recreational and tourist facilities can only be solved on the basis of detailed plans drawn up and approved. The construction of functional objects and facilities of forest or agricultural importance must be situated in accordance with the natural aesthetic Danotics of the landscape.
Interest space BACUSSKA DOLINA (B XII)
In the private area of Bacúšska dolina it is necessary to leave the streams in natural condition.
The area of interest must be left without any recreational installation. The functional objects and equipment of the forestry sector shall be addressed in accordance with the natural aesthetic Danotics of the landscape and at the relevant architectural level.
JASENIE - SOPOTNICA (B XIII)
In the private area of Jasenia - Sopotnica, interventions are not allowed which could trigger changes in natural field configuration. Existing off-road unveiling must be restored to the natural state.
The streams should be left in the natural state except for minor modifications where natural shores are broken.
In addition to forestry vehicles, other transport needs to be kept to a minimum. In the whole of the pet space, the recreational construction of all types of buildings should be avoided (except in the case of operating buildings and equipment, which must be on an adequate architectural level and appropriately fitted in the field).
The construction and development of adjacent municipalities must be dealt with according to the planning documentation within the indolan, taking into account the nature of the current building and landscape environment.
TRANSFER INTEREST SPOT - MOTHERS (C XIV)
In the private area Donovaly - Moths are allowed no interference in the configuration of the relief in the main communication area related to the extraction of raw materials.
In the main communication area, it is necessary to prevent diffuse installation and to leave intact spaces as a natural corridor along that communication.
The construction is to be dealt with as complex for tourism needs according to the planning documentation. Civil construction in settlements and municipalities must be adapted to the existing typical buildings of these municipalities and settlements and the maximum application of the compatibility of architecture with the landscape environment.
