DECLARATION
Ministry of Transport and Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 4 December 1967
on certain measures in the field of economic road and water freight transport contracts
The Ministry of Transport and the main Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities, determine, pursuant to § 8 (1) of Act No. 57 / 1950 Coll., on the modification of the road freight transport business, under § 24 of Act No. 26 / 1964 Coll., on inland navigation and under § 395 of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll.
The effectiveness of Decree No 11 / 1966 Coll., on economic contracts in road freight transport, with amendments pursuant to Article II and the effectiveness of Decree No 24 / 1966 Coll., on economic contracts in domestic water freight transport shall be extended until 31 December 1969.
Decree No. 11 / 1966 Coll., on Economic Contracts for Road Freight Transport is amended as follows:
1.
"In order to enhance economic cooperation between public transport organisations (hereinafter referred to as" hauliers') and transporters, and to improve mutual economic obligations, economic contracts shall be concluded:
- long-term cooperation in road freight transport (long-term economic agreements),
- the preparation of shipments carried out during a calendar year or a shorter period (economic contracts for the preparation of shipments). ';
2. Paragraph 4 of Decree No 11 / 1966 Coll. is deleted.
Economic contracts for cooperation in reserved transport from a given source, concluded in accordance with Decree No. 11 / 1966 Coll., shall expire on 1 January 1968, unless the organisation otherwise agrees.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1968.
