imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 15 December 2014 and 8 January 2015:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2015 (for a. s. and s. r. o.), concluded on 11.11.2014 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.
2. Collective Higher Level Contract 2015, concluded on 11 November 2014 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2015, concluded on 10 December 2014 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
The Union of Employers Malá Voda Czech Republic.
4. Collective contract of higher degree 2015 - 2016, concluded on 16 December 2014 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union ECHO, Czech Trade Union Energy
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
5. Collective contract of higher degree for 2015, concluded on 19 December 2014 between the Contracting Parties

and
The Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic.
6. Collective contract of higher degree for 2015, concluded on 22 December 2014 between the Contracting Parties
