imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has indicated that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 10.12.2013 and 10.1.2014:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2014 (for a. s. and s. r. o.), concluded on 20.11.2013 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.
2. Collective contract of higher degree for 2014, concluded on 20 November 2013 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.
3. Collective Higher Level Contract 2014, concluded on 30 October 2013 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
The Union of Employers Malá Voda Czech Republic.
4. Collective Higher Level Contract 2014, concluded on 16 December 2013 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile - clothing - leather industry.
5. Appendix 1 to the higher-tier collective agreement concluded on 17 December 2013 between the Contracting Parties
ECHO trade union,
Czech Energy Union
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
