DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 8 February 1974
on the issue of commemorative silver storeys for the 150th anniversary of the birth of Bedřich Smetana
The Federal Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll. and pursuant to § 2 (2) of Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins, declares:
(1) On the 150th anniversary of the birth of Bedřich Smetana, commemorative silver hundred crowns are issued.
(2) The silver stockings are driven by an alloy of 700 pieces of silver and 300 pieces of copper. The gross weight of the stocron is 15 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down shall be allowed in gross weight 10 / 1000 and in silver content 5 / 1000. The diameter is 33 mm, and on the edge is the inscription "150 YEARS FROM ROLLING" which is made by influence.
(3) On the face of the commemorative silver stokron is the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, around which the inscription "CZESKOSLOVAK SOCIALISTIC REPUBLIC" is written from left to right in the circle. The value designation "100 Kcs' is placed in two rows under the national character below.
(4) On the back of the commemorative silver stokron is the true profile of Bedrich Smetana. His name "BEDROCH METANA" is placed in a copy at the right edge. Under the portrait of the lower left, there are two rows of "* 1824" and "1974." Under the portrait below the middle there are five lines of horizontal symbolic waves, which include the letters "M ● K," representing the initials of the author's design of the stokoruna of academic sculptor Milan Knobloch.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
