of 21 March 1958
repealing the Central Administration for Housing, Civil Construction and Regional Administration for Housing and Civil Construction in Slovakia and setting up the Slovak Construction Committee.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations to the organisation of public administration:
The Central Administration for Housing, Civil Construction and Regional Administration for Housing and Civil Construction in Slovakia are hereby repealed.
(1) A Slovak Construction Committee is hereby established.
(2) The Slovak Construction Committee is subordinate to a corps of delegates who appoint and remove its chairman and other members.
(1) The existing competence of the Central Administration for Housing and Civil Construction is transferred to the State Committee on Construction and the current competence of the Regional Administration for Housing and Civil Construction in Slovakia to the Slovak Construction Committee, with the exception of the coordination of a comprehensive housing and civil construction plan and a plan of research and project work. In addition, the Slovak Committee for the Construction of Project and Budgetary Documentation, approved by the Board of Authors, shall examine.
(2) In order to ensure its tasks, the Slovak Construction Committee may issue general legislation.
The detailed definition of the tasks of the State Building Committee and the Slovak Construction Committee and the delegation of certain tasks to the executive bodies of the national committees in the context of the decentralisation of the management of complex housing and the abolition of the Central Administration for Housing and Civil Construction and Regional Administration for Housing and Civil Construction in Slovakia shall be carried out by the Government.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 1958; All members of the government will do it.
