ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 2 March 2021
amending the crisis measure published under No 113 / 2021 Coll., as amended under No 115 / 2021 Coll.
Following the Government Resolution No. 196 of 26 February 2021 by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by this Decision within the meaning of the provisions § 5 (c) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 4 March 2021 at 00am
amend the Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 216, published under No 113 / 2021 Coll., as amended by the Government Resolution of 28 February 2021 No 218, published under No 115 / 2021 Coll., so that
1. in point III / 1 (f), "VIII." is replaced by "IX."
2. in point III / 2, the following point (f) is added:
"(f) participation in the assembly referred to in point VI of this crisis measure,"
3. in point VI, the words "have a respiratory protective device (nose, mouth) which prevents the spread of droplets" shall be replaced by the words "use a respiratory protective device in accordance with the emergency measure of the Ministry of Health, MZDR 15757 / 2020- 45 / MIN / KAN, 26 February 2021,"
4. in point VI / 1, "(b)" is replaced by "(2)."
