GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 June 2014
amending Government Regulation No 109 / 2008 Coll., on the conditions for the provision of special prices for publicly available telephone services, as amended by Government Regulation No 354 / 2012 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to Sections 38 (8) and 43 (5) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 109 / 2008 Coll., on the conditions for the provision of special prices to the public of a telephone service, as amended by Government Regulation No. 354 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in § 1 (a) (3), the words "§ 34 (4) of Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll., on the provision of benefits to disabled persons and on the amendment of related laws," shall be replaced by the words "§ 34 (3) of Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll., on the provision of benefits to disabled persons and on the amendment of related laws, as amended by Act No. 313 / 2013 Coll.,"
2. In Section 1 (b) (3), "§ 34 (5) of Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll. 'is replaced by" § 34 (4) of Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll.';
3. In Article 3, at the end of paragraph 1, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (g) is added:
"(g) information on the use of publicly available telephone services provided through the Internet Protocol throughout the period of use of the price advantage, if any, for the price advantage of the price plan for the Internet access service."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2014.
