On 24 March 2009, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary of the President of the Court of Paul Rychett and Judges Stanislav Balík, František Duchona, Vlasta Formánková, Mran Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Jana, Vladimir Krorka, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Muchy, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodemí, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of Interior Mgr. František Bublan on the abolition of Article 3 (2) and Article 7 (1) (b) of the Ostrova City Regulation No 1 / 2005, as amended by Regulation No 3 / 2005, for the participation of the City of Ostroa and the Ombudsman of JUDr.
as follows:
The first sentence of Article 3 (2) of the first sentence of Article 3 (2) in the words "in other cases, the place or places designated with the agreement of the City Council (RM) 'of Regulation No 1 / 2005, as amended by Regulation No 3 / 2005, shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
The application for annulment of Article 7 (1) (b) of this Regulation is rejected.
