ORDER
Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic
The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on the proposal of the Prefect of the Regional Office in Znojmo to repeal the generally binding Decree of the City of Znojma No 35 / 1995 on the language implementation of company names and inscriptions in the City of Znojma of 7 February 1995
as follows:
The operative part of the decision of the Constitutional Court of 17 September 1996 No. Pl. ÚS 33 / 95- 17 * is corrected by the incorrect word "written 'in the title of the decree being replaced by the correct word" corporate'.
