COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that the Anti-Doping Convention was adopted in Strasbourg on 16 November 1989.
On behalf of the Czech Republic, the Convention was signed in Strasbourg on 28 April 1995.
The Convention entered into force on 1 March 1990 on the basis of Article 15 (1) and for the Czech Republic pursuant to paragraph 2 of that Article on 1 June 1995.
The text of the Convention can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
