The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 26 April 1994 on a proposal by the District Office in Teplice to abolish Article III (6), Article IV (1) and Article V (1) of the General Order of the City of Duchcov to ensure order in the management of apartments in the property of the city adopted on 10 December 1992
as follows:
Article III (6), Article IV (1) and Article In paragraph 1 of the Duchcov Decree to ensure order in the management of apartments in the property of the city of 10 December 1992, the date of the declaration of findings in the Collection of Laws shall be deleted.
