amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 129 / 1975 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic in Social Security
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 129 / 1975 Coll., on the competence of the Czech Socialist Republic bodies in social security, as amended (complete version No. 32 / 1983 Coll.), is amended as follows:
1. in Article 8 (1) (a) No 13, the words "from sickness security and" shall be inserted after the words "doses."
Article 9 (a) (4) reads as follows:
'4. the provision of spa care for non-working pensioners, members of single agricultural cooperatives, scientists, artists and journalists, citizens providing services on the basis of the authorisation of the national committee, as well as for family members of all those persons, with the exception of diseases for which the health care is authorised by the public health authorities under specific regulations, ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
