Federal Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic
and Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 12 October 1973
amending Decree No 138 / 1971 Coll., on administrative fees
The Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Socialist Republic provide in an agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to Article 17 (1) of Act No. 105 / 1951 Coll., on Administrative Charges:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 138 / 1971 Coll., on administrative fees, is amended as follows:
The current version of tariff heading 32 I shall be deleted and replaced by the following:
Item 32:
Registration of the change of the holder of the motor vehicle or trailer (including with repair in relevant documents):
| a) u jednostopých motorových vozidel | |
| aa) s motorem o obsahu válce do 50 ccm | Kčs 20,- |
| bb) ostatních (včetně motocyklů s přívěsným nebo postranním vozíkem a motorových tříkolek-rikš) | Kčs 200,- |
| b) u dvoustopých motorových vozidel | Kčs 600,- |
Notes:
1. The fee shall be payable by the current holder when the transfer is notified.
2. No fee shall be paid if the holder of the motor vehicle has changed
- the deceased to the heir,
- by an official order or decision of the court,
- as a result of the termination of the marriage and the associated settlement of the joint ownership of spouses,
- a donation between parents and children if a notarial donation fee has been paid.
3. When a motor vehicle modified to drive an invalid is transferred, the fee shall be levied at half the amount if the motor vehicle is transferred between the disabled.
4. The fee shall not be levied when the motor vehicle is transferred to the Tuzex PZO.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 October 1973.
