supplementing Decree No 5 / 1958 of the Ú. l., which lays down more detailed provisions on civil ID
The Ministry of the Interior provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to Section 13 of Act No. 75 / 1957 Coll., on Civil ID:
Decree No 5 / 1958 of the Úl. is added as follows:
the following Section 9a is inserted after Section 9:
(1) A member of the single agricultural cooperative is required to submit a card to the chairman of the cooperative for registration of membership of the single agricultural cooperative or for registration of the disappearance of that membership, as the case may be, upon receipt of the identity card and at the end of the membership.
(2) The chairman of the single agricultural cooperative shall have similar obligations to those imposed on the employer in Section 9. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1962.
