DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management
of 3 August 1960
amending and supplementing Decree No 245 / 1953 of the Ú. l., on the production, purchase and disposal of seed and seed from crops excluded from the delivery obligation, as amended by Decree No 132 / 1955 Ú. l.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management provides, in agreement with the participating central authorities, pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 80 / 1948 Coll., which empowers the Minister of Agriculture to take measures in agricultural production and § 8 (2), § 12 (2) and § 20 of Act No. 188 / 1950 Coll., to improve plant production:
Section 5 of the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No 245 / 1953 Ú. l., as amended by Decree No 132 / 1955 Ú. l., is amended, supplemented and read as follows:
(1) The hop industry, the national enterprise in Žatci, in cooperation with the Research Institute in Žatci, will annually select hops with bred and peripheral varieties according to the collection plan of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water. On the basis of the selection, the Chmelarship, the national enterprise in Žatci, the list (application) of hops with the exact denomination of the variety and the degree of propagation, the names of the propagators, the places and the exact designation of the selected hops with the registration numbers, their size and age, and the submission of two copies of the list (application) in turn, no later than 30 June of the current year, to the Central Control and Testing Institute of Agriculture, the branch in Žatci. The list (applications) shall not include hop crops planted in the current year, nor hop plants that have exhibited a disease with viral curvature of hops in a higher number of plants than 0,5% in the previous year.
(2) The central control and testing institute of the agricultural centre, the branch in Žatci, shall carry out a show in accordance with the list (paragraph 1) in all selected elite, breeding and county hops, showing in particular the sick bushes. It shall obtain a record of the exhibition, one copy of which it shall hand over to the propagator immediately after the exhibition, and shall keep one copy in turn, no later than 31 August of the current year of Chmelarship, to the national undertaking in Žatec. Disabled shrubs and diseased airplanes marked by the multiplier are required to be removed by 30 September of the current year and stored by the end of the current year for the control authority of the Central Control and Examination Institute of Agricultural, branch in Žatci. If the inspection body of the Central Audit and Examination Institute of the Agricultural Institute finds that, within the prescribed time limit, the sick shrubs and, where applicable, hop-growing plants which may have been recognised on the basis of the result of the first inspection, it shall transmit their list to the competent authority of the District National Committee, which shall impose on the growers the unconditional fulfilment of the measures laid down in the inspection.
(3) The hop industry, a national undertaking in Žatci, shall notify by 15 September of the current year to the Central Control and Testing Institute of the agricultural branch in Žatci the exact list of hops intended for the autumn production and delivery of hop lard. The central inspection and testing centre of the agricultural centre, the branch in Žatci, shall carry out an inspection inspection of the hops according to the registration (paragraph 2), in particular by its authorities to determine whether the removal of the marked sick bushes and, where appropriate, of the aerodromes has been carried out. According to the outcome of this inspection show, the Central Audit and Examination Institute shall issue agricultural, branch in Žatci, the collection of certificates and copies thereof to Chmelanistí, the national enterprise in Žatci, immediately after the inspection, for hop lard intended for autumn planting no later than 15 October of the current year, for hop lard intended for spring planting no later than 30 November of the current year.
(4) For the varietal purity and authenticity of the delivered hop lard, as well as for the absence of a sachet of marked sick shrubs or herbaceous plants among such hop sachets, the breeder shall be responsible.
(5) The hop industry, a national enterprise in Žatci, will mark well-known hops in all corner columns of the structure by the number of the variety (clone) and keep an accurate record of recognised elite, breeding and county hops according to the regions, districts, municipalities and varieties of hops.
(6) Producers whose hops have been recognised by the Central Control and Examination Institute of the Agricultural Institute, a branch in Žatci, are required to conclude a contract for the production and delivery of hop lard with Chmelarship by the national undertaking in Žatci. '
The scope of the Regional Plant for Seeds and Propagating Material in Libochovice, a national enterprise, provided for in Sections 15, 19 and 20 of Decree No 245 / 1953 of the Úl. shall be exercised, starting on 1 January 1960, by Chmelařský, by the National Company in Žatci.
This Decree shall take effect from 15 August 1960.
