amending Decree No 209 / 2021 Coll., on the remuneration and reimbursement of final expenses of the liquidator of the bank and of the savings and credit cooperative
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 36 paragraph 7 of Act No. 21 / 1992 Coll., on Banks, as amended by Act No. 338 / 2020 Coll. and Act No. 96 / 2022 Coll., and pursuant to § 13 paragraph 9 of Act No. 87 / 1995 Coll., on Savings and Credit Cooperatives and certain measures related thereto and on the addition of Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended, as amended by Act No. 303 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 338 / 2020 Coll. and Act No. 96 / 2022 Coll.:
Decree No. 209 / 2021 Coll., on the remuneration and reimbursement of final expenses of the liquidator of the bank and of the savings and credit cooperative, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 4 (3), the word "court 'is replaced by" Czech National Bank'.
2. In Paragraph 4 (4), the word "court 'is replaced by" Czech National Bank'.
3. In Article 5 (1), the word "court 'is replaced by" Czech National Bank'.
4. In Paragraph 7 (1), the words "At the request of the Czech National Bank, the court may 'are replaced by the words" The Czech National Bank may' and the word "the decision 'is replaced by the word" the decision'.
5. In Paragraph 10 (3), "court 'is replaced by" State'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 29 May 2022.
