amending Decree No. 247 / 2001 Coll., on the organisation and operation of fire protection units, as amended, and Decree No. 35 / 2007 Coll., on technical conditions of fire technology, as amended by Decree No. 53 / 2010 Coll.

The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 24 (2) and § 101 (a) of Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 237 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 229 / 2016 Coll., ("the Act ') for implementation of § 65 (8) (d) and § 70 (6) of the Act:

Amendment to Decree No. 247 / 2001 Coll.

Čl. I

In Paragraph 12 (1) of Decree No 247 / 2001 Coll., on the organisation and operation of fire protection units, as amended by Decree No 226 / 2005 Coll., the words "warning accompanied by a special blue warning light 'are replaced by the words" and warning lighting devices'.

Amendment to Decree No. 35 / 2007 Coll.

Čl. II

In Annex 1, point 23, in the sentence of the first Decree No. 35 / 2007 Coll., on technical conditions of the fire technique, as amended by Decree No. 53 / 2010 Coll., the words "blue colours' are deleted.

This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
