DECLARATION
of 11 June 2018
amending Decree No. 188 / 2009 Coll., on the test procedure, and the final test of the certified course and on the procedure for verifying the knowledge of the Czech language through the interview of doctors, dentists and pharmacists (on tests of doctors, dentists and pharmacists)
According to § 37 (1) (f) and (h) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll., (hereinafter "the Act '):
1. In the title of the decree, the words "and the probation test and 'are deleted.
2. in Article 1, point (b) is deleted;
Points (c) and (d) shall be renumbered (b) and (c).
3. Part Three, including the title and footnotes 4 and 5, is deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
