GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 June 2014
amending Government Regulation No. 596 / 2006 Coll., establishing the permissible level of public support in the cohesion regions of the Czech Republic, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 11 of Act No. 72 / 2000 Coll., on investment incentives and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Investment Incentives), as amended by Act No. 19 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 159 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 192 / 2012 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement Sections 6 (1) and (3) of the Act:
Paragraph 1 of Decree No. 596 / 2006 Coll., which provides for the permissible level of public aid in the regions of cohesion of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 194 / 2012 Coll., paragraph 1, including footnote 5, reads:
"(1) The permissible public aid intensity (5) for an investment action must not exceed the following values throughout the period of the public aid:
(a) in the region of cohesion Moravia-Silesia 25%;
(b) 25% in the cohesion region of Central Bohemia;
(c) in the region of cohesion, the Northwest 25%;
(d) in the region of cohesion Central Moravia 25%;
(e) in the cohesion region, the Northeast 25%;
(f) in the cohesion region, the Southeast 25%;
(g) in the cohesion region South West 25%;
h) in the cohesion region Prague 0%.
5) Article 14 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651 / 2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in accordance with Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (General Block Exemption Regulation). '
Transitional provisions
1. The permissible rate of public aid for investment incentives granted before the date of entry into force of this Regulation shall be assessed in accordance with Government Regulation No 596 / 2006 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
2. In proceedings initiated prior to the date of entry into force of this Regulation and until that date definitively completed, the permissible public aid rates laid down in Government Regulation No 596 / 2006 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall apply.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2014.
