COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 10 May 2007
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, were deposited with it between 1.4.2007 and 30.4.2007:
1. Appendix 1 (of 5.4.2007) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of higher degree (of 28.3.2007 with effect from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2007) concluded between
Czech Association of Employers in Forestry
and
The trade union of workers of the woodworking industry, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic.
