DECLARATION
of 24 April 2003
amending Decree No. 18 / 1979 Coll., determining reserved pressure equipment and laying down certain conditions for their safety, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 7b (1) (a) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State Professional Safety Supervision, as amended by Act No. 124 / 2000 Coll., and the Czech Mining Office provides, pursuant to § 6 (6) (a) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration:
In Section 3 of Decree No. 18 / 1979 Coll., which determines reserved pressure equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure their safety, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of point (l) and the following point (m) is added, including footnote 2c:
"(m) transportable pressure equipment where it is subject to specific legislation. (c)
(c) Government Decree No. 42 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for transportable pressure equipment. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 2003.
