DECLARATION

of 22 March 2002
on the definition of the nature protection zones of the Czech Switzerland National Park
The Ministry of the Environment, after consulting the municipalities concerned pursuant to § 17 (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':
Subject matter
This decree sets out zones of nature conservation (hereinafter referred to as "zones") in the territory of the Czech Swiss National Park (1)
Definition of zones
(1) The map documents of the scale 1: 10 000 (primary), on which the zones on which the territory of the Czech Switzerland National Park is divided, are drawn, are stored at the National Park Assembly of the Czech Switzerland based in Krásná Lípa and in the central list of nature conservation (§ 42 (1) of the Act). The maps of the scale 1: 25 000 (derived) with the indication of the zones are stored at the Ministry of the Environment in Prague and at the municipal authorities of the municipalities whose cadastral territory interferes with the Czech Switzerland National Park (Municipal Office of Hřensko, Municipal Office of Genoa, Municipal Office of Rosá, Municipal Office of Serbia Kamenice, Municipal Office of Jetřichovice, Municipal Office of Chřibská, Municipal Office of Doubice, Municipal Office of Králová Lípa, Municipal Office of Old Křičany).
(2) The graphic representation of the designated zones in the Czech Switzerland National Park is 1: 60 000 scale annexed to this decree.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
