On 22 April 1997, the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on a proposal by the Regional Office in Vyškov to abolish the generally binding Order of the Municipality of Otnice No 1 / 96 of 7 November 1996 to safeguard local public order matters in the municipality of Otnice as follows:
The general binding Order of the Municipality of Otnice No 1 / 96 on the provision of local public order matters in the municipality of Otnice, adopted by the Municipality of Otnice on 7 November 1996, is hereby repealed from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
